All proceeds from these items are used to pay for and sponsor the conservation efforts outlined in our sustainable management program. As of Augost 2003, Rancho Lobos is in the process of certification by the National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR), to certify it´s Sustainable Forestry Management Program.

You can be a Sponsor of Conservation Activities!Rancho Lobos has integrated a Forestry & Wild Life management program that comprises over 22,000 Hectares of natural Sonoran Desert habitat. Ranging from the bast planes of the La Arivaipa plateau to the hills of Sierra Lobos.
As outlined in our Forestry Management Program, a variety of natural resources are subject to commercial consumption under sustainable practices. Most of which, generate commercially unwanted material that is usually discarded. However, in an effort to protect our natural resources, Rancho Lobos is using these surplus materials to produce Hand Made Folk Art Items.
By purchasing one or more of the hand made pens and art pieces produced at Rancho Lobos, you and/or your company, will be official sponsors of conservation activities at Rancho Lobos. Helping to ensure that the beautiful Sonoarn Desert Habitat is managed by a sustainable program, improving its natural resources in quantity and quality for the enjoyment of future generations.
Each art piece is hand fashioned following Mexico´s Northwestern Folk Art style, also known as Southwest Art in the USA. Each piece includes an authenticity certificate with the Rancho Lobos Official Seal, and a brief history of the materials used, as well as a CITES certificate when required by law (Saguaro pieces).
