Herbarium Rancho LobosRancho Lobos comprises over 23,000 Hectares of natural Sonoran Desert habitat. Currently we are conducting studies to determine the possibility to extract commercialy species of native flora considered as medicinal, as we count with a large variety of flora.
Recolection of species for the herbarium began on August 23th 2001 with the purpose of identifying and registering the different species of flora available, as well as their location.
Recollection started by taking samples along the main road inside the Ranch.
